Refund Policy

💡 Important Notice

PitchPulseArtist provides playlist pitching and music promotion services. Payment is for the service of submitting your music to curators, not for guaranteed playlist placements or stream counts.

1. What You're Paying For

When you purchase a campaign, you are paying for:

  • Submission of your music to our curator network
  • Professional review by playlist curators
  • Campaign reporting and analytics
  • Access to our platform and tools

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: If your campaign has not been processed or submitted to curators yet, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

No Refund: Once your campaign has been submitted to curators, refunds are not available. This is because the service (pitching to curators) has been delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Campaigns already submitted to curators
  • Dissatisfaction with number of placements (not guaranteed)
  • Dissatisfaction with stream counts (varies by song quality)
  • Curator rejection of your music (curators decide independently)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at refunds@pitchpulseartist.online with:

  • Your account email
  • Campaign/Order ID
  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Exceptions

In cases of technical errors, double charges, or platform issues that prevented your campaign from being delivered, we will issue a full refund or campaign credit at your choice.
