By accessing or using PitchPulseArtist ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
PitchPulseArtist provides music promotion services that connect artists with playlist curators, as well as AI-powered music tools. We facilitate the submission of music to curators who independently decide whether to place songs on their playlists.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Campaign fees are charged upon submission. Payment guarantees submission to our curator network but does not guarantee playlist placement, as curators make independent decisions about which songs to feature.
5. No Guarantee of Results
PitchPulseArtist does not guarantee any specific number of streams, playlist placements, or followers. Results vary based on the quality of music and curator preferences.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Music must be original or you must have the rights to distribute it.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your music. By using our Service, you grant PitchPulseArtist a limited license to share your music with curators for review purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
PitchPulseArtist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
